[rabbitmq-announce] RabbitMQ 3.1.5 released

The RabbitMQ team is pleased to announce the release of RabbitMQ 3.1.5.

This release fixes a bug in the delegate module leading to various 
crashes and cross-cluster minor version incompatibility, along with some 
other smaller bugs. See:

Note that due to the above mentioned bug, RabbitMQ 3.1.4 cannot be 
deployed in a cluster with other RabbitMQ 3.1.x versions. 3.1.5 can be 
deployed in a cluster with with 3.1.0 to 3.1.3.
