[rabbitmq-announce] RabbitMQ 2.8.6 released

The RabbitMQ team is pleased to announce the release of RabbitMQ 2.8.6.

This is a bugfix release with corrections to the broker, Erlang client,
management plugin as well as the shovel and federation plugins.
