[rabbitmq-announce] RabbitMQ .Net/C# AMQP client library 1.4.0 released

The RabbitMQ team is pleased to announce the release of
the RabbitMQ .Net/C# AMQP client library 1.4.0.

This release has beta status and focuses on the following areas:
- bug fixes for a number of race conditions
- improved shutdown protocol
- bug fix for usage of read timeouts in .Net sockets
- more documentation

Binary and source distributions of the new release can be found in the
usual place, at http://www.rabbitmq.com/dotnet.html.

We recommend that all users of earlier versions of the RabbitMQ .Net/C#
AMQP client library 1.4.0. upgrade to this latest release.
