This is what I see:</div><div><br></div><div><div># service rabbitmq-server start</div><div>Starting rabbitmq-server: FAILED - check /var/log/rabbitmq/startup_{log, _err}</div><div>rabbitmq-server.</div></div><div># cat /var/log/rabbitmq/startup_log </div><div>ERROR: epmd error for host "a4ipn434": address (cannot connect to host/port)</div><div><br></div><div>Note that /etc/hosts specifies the FQ and short hostnames of the machine:</div><div><div><br></div><div>2620:0:170:586::1:1<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>
