<div dir="ltr">The federation plugin documentation says that the set_policy command takes an apply-to argument that can be "exchanges" or "queues" or "all" (<a href="http://www.rabbitmq.com/parameters.html#policies" target="_blank">http://www.rabbitmq.com/parameters.html#policies</a>). But the rabbitmqctl command line does not include --apply-to in its help documentation and errors when invoked with that argument. When including "apply-to: queues" in the HTTP API it has no effect, and the variable does not appear in the rabbitmqctl list_policies output. Is the documentation incorrect? We are using version 3.1.5.<div>
