I am trying to experiment with the downgrading process from RabbitMQ server 3.1.0 to RabbitMq server 3.1.0. Along with this, i also wish to downgrade the erlang version from R15 to R14. I took backup of the mnesia directory which had the cluster config of the 2.8.7 version. Even if I restore the backup copy of mnesia in 3.1.0 and then start rabbitmq-server....the logs show failed message. Is there any fix for this problem? </div>

Doing a backup is a good idea. The original directory will be used to perform any upgrades<br>
necessary.<br>
