    It's probably worth trying the full path to the certificate file
    (ie: without the tilde), which should be something like:<br>
    <br>
    <tt>/home/someuser/testca/cacert.pem</tt>, or <tt>/root/testca/cacert.pem</tt>
    if running as root (although it's best to avoid that where
    possible). <br>
