<div dir="ltr"><div style>Hi,</div><div><br></div>The exchange "lives" inside the server.<div><br></div><div>A binding is a new entry in RabbitMQ's internal database, and yes, whenever a message arrives, the exchange will consult that database to find the list of queues that matches the routing rules imposed by the exchange type.</div>
