Specifically, I'm curious about the problem described <a href="http://grokbase.com/t/rabbitmq/rabbitmq-discuss/11bqb6j59m/messages-disappearing-from-queues-when-clustered-brokers-are-restarted">here</a>. Does 3.0 include the ability to prompt slaves to eagerly synch?</div>
