I was reluctant to go thrashing around in my registry, deleting things willy nilly, but the link you supplied contained the relevant clue:<BR>

"...remove all<BR>
registry keys under HKLM/SOFTWARE/Ericsson/Erlang/ErlSrv. Then install<BR>
Erlang and the broker..."<BR>
<BR>
Something along these lines (specifically calling out us poor, benighted windows users) might be helpful as an addition to the troubleshooting guide.<BR>

I'm guessing that it might be possible to modify the windows uninstall to remove these registry keys...<BR>
