Hi all,

I'm planning to configure an environment of active/active, starting with 2 nodes and probably grow to 3..

I know that in active/passive the pacemaker can manage the master and slave nodes and by that telling the client (theoretically) who his slave node in case of master failure.

My question is how in active/active mode, with no pacemaker, the consumer (client) knows who his slave node in case of master failure? who is actually responsible for that ?

Thank you !
