It's not very clear what you are asking. If you are asking for something outside of your existing publisher and consumer apps to see messages that are published / consumed then the firehose / tracer are what you want.<br>

But maybe it sounds like you are asking how a consuming app can know that a message has been published? Your consuming app should just consume from the queue - it will be given the message as soon as one arrives.<br>
