</div>Are you sure you are counting the publishes and publisher acks<br>
correctly? Can you provide some evidence of your claim, like a trace of<br>
sequence numbers of messages published with the corresponding<br>
delivery-tag to illustrate how they are not in step?<br>

A very short, minimal, self-contained piece of code the produces the<br>
trace may also be useful.<br>
