</div>The node you were trying to start was previously clustered, and the nodes that<br>
it was clustered with were all offline, which causes the startup sequence to<br>
fail.<br>
<br>
Deleting the mnesia folder has the same effect as resetting the node, and for<br>
that reason the node wasn't clustered anymore.<br>
<br>
I doubt that re-installing had any effect, unless it deleted some mnesia files<br>
as a side effect (I'm not familiar with the Windows installer).<br>
