I downloaded the Generic UNIX tarball of RabbitMQ. I have no problems starting and stopping the server manually, even ran the Java tutorials without a problem. What I'm wondering is how I can setup the server to launch automatically in detached mode upon booting the server. I'm no expert on linux, but have a working knowledge. I determined simply copying the rabbitmq-server shell script to /etc/init.d wouldn't work because the system will attempt to pass the "start" command to the script, which isn't needed. Has anybody successfully setup RabbitMQ as a service on Suse?<div>
