Hmm, I just tried this on Windows 7 and it works for me. Did you restart <br>
the service after running "rabbitmq-service.bat install"?<br>

That's odd. Unfortunately the dump file is not terribly useful - can you <br>
send your log and SASL log (typically in %%AppData%%\RabbitMQ\log on <br>
Windows) from a failed startup?<br>
