Tony -<br><br>I'm trying to build rabbitmq-c on a RedHat Linux system, and<br>the ./configure script errors out with the following statements:<br><br><span style="font-family: courier new,monospace;"></span><div style="margin-left: 40px;">
<span style="font-family: courier new,monospace;">checking if g77 supports -c -o file.o... yes</span><br style="font-family: courier new,monospace;"><span style="font-family: courier new,monospace;">checking whether the g77 linker (/usr/bin/ld -m elf_x86_64) supports shared libraries... yes</span><br style="font-family: courier new,monospace;">
<span style="font-family: courier new,monospace;">checking dynamic linker characteristics... GNU/Linux ld.so</span><br style="font-family: courier new,monospace;"><span style="font-family: courier new,monospace;">checking how to hardcode library paths into programs... immediate</span><br style="font-family: courier new,monospace;">

</div><br>Is the the missing file supposed to be generated?<br><br>Also, it looks like it is supposed to be just off the root directory, which<br>seems wrong to me.<br><br>Is there a way to get this file?<br><br>Thanks,<br>
