[rabbitmq-discuss] New PowerShell cmdlets for managing RabbitMQ

Hi all,

   The new tool for managing RabbitMQ server(s) using PowerShell is 
available at https://github.com/mariuszwojcik/RabbitMQTools. It is free 
under MIT licence.
   Current version allows to 

   - view server overview
   - Opened connections and channels
   - View cluster nodes
   - get/add/remove virtual hosts
   - get/add/remove exchanges
   - get/add/remove queues
   - view messages in the queue. 

It works with local as well as remote server. 

Let me know what you think about it, and/or what features you would like to 
be added.
