[rabbitmq-discuss] connection.blocked - documentation inconsistency

In the code samples for dealing with blocked connections appears the 
comment:

// Connection is now blocked.
            // Note that it may be triggered more than once before
            // the connection unblocks!


And in the description it says:

If before the connections are unblocked the node also starts running low on 
disk space, another connection.blocked will *not* be sent.


Which is correct, and if both are correct, why?
