[rabbitmq-discuss] ANN Hutch 0.7.0 is released

Hutch [1][2] is a Ruby library for easy inter-service communication over
RabbitMQ.

On behalf of the Hutch maintainers team, I'm happy to announce Hutch 0.7.0.

0.7.0 introduces several minor features contributed by the community.
