Hi Pavan,

In my tests turning fine stats off has completely solved the problem -
mgmt_db size will remain constant and very low. I'd suggest to try that
again (we set it in /etc/rabbitmq/rabbitmq.config), restart RabbitMQ and
verify that 1) you have the setting take effect (by running erlang queries
and checking admin UI) 2) it is mgmt_db that is still growing and consuming
the memory.
