Try to

1) upgrade Erlang - bugs in HiPE get fixed in pretty much every new release

2) upgrade RabbitMQ - one possible cause for the memory allocation 
failure is that a large RabbitMQ process crashed and Erlang then died 
trying to display the process state. We addressed that issue in 3.3.0
