eacces -> the server did not have permission to read (or write?) the 
Mnesia directory.

Are you using a FreeBSD port? (Is there one?) If so the port maintainer 
should look into it. If you have manually installed then... you need to 
make sure that path is owned by whichever user runs RabbitMQ.
