[rabbitmq-discuss] Installing broker on each node instead of client-only approach

Hello,

I have a network of nodes which has some events to be saved in local store 
and queued for further processing in central back office. Please advice 
what is better to manage and costs less: to have local store and 
application which store message first and queue it then versus local 
rabbitmq broker to do the same thing with persistent queue. I am looking 
for best practice in this approach. Does someone has an exprience in such 
design where broker installed on each node?
