[rabbitmq-discuss] rabbitmq-server start "init terminating in do_boot"

Hi,

I'm trying to install and run the service on my laptop with Windows 8.1. 
I'm getting this error over and over again. I tried with the version 3.3.0 
and earlier version to.

after searching for hours for a solution in blog posts and this forum I was 
unable to find a solution.

I'm currently using this service in a VPS on a ubuntu machine working fine.

can someone help me out?
