[rabbitmq-discuss] if stop RabbitMq Server Service, the Server try to create 'queues' folder ?

     It's  seems  like  that   with   30000  durable  queues   in  database ,  
The  Server   start up   take  more time  than  it  shutdown.  
     erl.exe 's   memory  grew  up  too fast and  big  more than  2G.   also 
take  75% CPU.  it  take  more than   30  minutes   to   see  the  memory 
stable  and   the  CPU  usage  cone down.  
     is  there   some   ideas  can  Let  the  Server  start up  faster?
