[rabbitmq-discuss] Upgrade Erlang only with Persistent queues

It's my bad. I changed the wrong setting in registry.

I should change the setting in CurrrentControlSet instead of ControlSet001.
After correcting  this, my RabbitMQ service can start correctly.

Can you be more specific than "just crashed"? Can you post RabbitMQ log files or at least some kind of output?
