[rabbitmq-discuss] if stop RabbitMq Server Service, the Server try to create 'queues' folder ?

I found when I try to  close  rabbitmq server, the database  try  to create 
'queues'   folder.   And  memory grew up fast.   What is the role of 
'queues'  folders  in rabbitmq database?
