[rabbitmq-discuss] RabbitMQ node - unable to execute any command getting error

Hi,  After changing the node name through system preferences am unable to
start the app and attached logs as well. Could please help me on this?

C:\Program Files\RabbitMQ Server\rabbitmq_server-3.1.3\sbin>rabbitmqctl
start_app
