We are running RabbitMQ 3.1.3 on Erlang R15B01. The RabbitMQ server couldn't start and threw the following error:

I don't know what exactly caused this error. It just happened once, and to resolve it I had to delete /var/lib/rabbitmq/mnesia and restart the broker. I have attached log file.
