[rabbitmq-discuss] Feature Request: Heartbeat for federation upstreams

Hey All,

Sorry if this already exists somewhere and I'm missing it.  Would it be
possible to be able to specify the heartbeat for federation upstreams?  I
realize that I can set this globally on the server, but I would like to
keep the default server value, and tune down certain upstreams if possible.
