[rabbitmq-discuss] Rabbitmq upgrade from 3.1.3 to 3.1.5/3.2.0 Management issue

Hi there,
  We have encountered the issue when doing the upgrade.  Basically we will 
get internal server error from management site, therefore, we won't be able 
to see the queues/channels from <server>:15672.

  Here is the history, when I upgraded from 3.1.3 to 3.1.5 in RHEL, got the 
similar error and had to revert back to 3.1.3 in order work properly from 
management.  Now trying upgrading to 3.2.0, got the same error but this 
time when I reinstalled 3.1.3 back, rabbitmq server won't get started.
