[rabbitmq-discuss] Error connecting Stomp Plugin

Dear all, 

I am experimenting some issues when I try to connect to Stomp plugin. 
I launch a telnet command like this " *telnet localhost 61613*" with this
output:
root at debian64:/var/log/rabbitmq# telnet localhost 61613
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.
Escape character is '^]'.

But nothing more happens. 
I'm using RabbitMQ 3.1.5 and Erlang R14A.
What is going wrong?
