So Erlang R16B02, RabbitMQ 3.2.0, running on Windows? What flavour of 
Windows? And how reproducible is this? Does it happen when rabbit is 
otherwise idle (when the machine isn't sleeping, obviously)? How long 
does the machine have to have been in standby for the problem to become 
noticeable? Can you stop the rabbit, restart it, put the machine to 
sleep and and then on wake-up see the problem? If so we might be able to 
reproduce this if you send us the contents of your mnesia dir.
