See the setting for RABBITMQ_MNESIA_DIR in
http://www.rabbitmq.com/relocate.html#unix, and the explanation above it...
The directory where this RabbitMQ node's Mnesia database files are
placed. (In addition to Mnesia files this location also contains message
storage and index files as well as schema and cluster details.)
So note that RabbitMQ isn't actually storing *messages* in mnesia. They
are written to files under $RABBITMQ_MNESIA_DIR but they are not part of
the mnesia database.
