[rabbitmq-discuss] create a policy for concrete nodes

First THANKS

Now I have to sort my considerations of the last days to give you concret
answers. So please be patient.^^

One sentence to my situation: I come from Germany and stay two monthes in
Madrid for a intership in a smal company. And I think that no one of my
colleagues has emploied hisself with rabbitmq before. They know what they
want to do with rabbitMQ but not how that works in detail. Because of that
and because of a language based comunication problem it's really difficult
to get concret requierments. :)
And I really want to finish that task before I leave spain in two weeks.
Give me please some moments for my answer.
