[rabbitmq-discuss] HTTP API Callback

I've recently updated this to work with RabbitMQ 3.1.0 (see
https://github.com/brc859844/rabbithub.git). Tony is going to merge the
changes back into his repo at some point.

I've stuck a binary on
https://region-a.geo-1.objects.hpcloudsvc.com:443/v1/66395568832599/RabbitHub/rabbithub-3.1.0.ez
