[rabbitmq-discuss] init script issues

So this looks like a bug in the MQTT plugin. It's failing if there are 
any open MQTT connections :(

A fix will be forthcoming. In the mean time you should be able to work 
around the bug by getting puppet to invoke "rabbitmqctl cluster_status" 
instead of "rabbitmqctl status" to test if the server is alive.
