[rabbitmq-discuss] Error: cannot_discover_cluster: The nodes provided are either offline or not running

Do you have any idea,If anything else which i am missing.
I tried to manually stop the servers and restart them after putting the
values in rabbitmq.config file(2nd approach) but still the two nodes dont
get clustered.Cookie hash value in start up logs is still different.
