[rabbitmq-discuss] Connection(s) internally being closed !

Hi,

If a consumer is consuming messages from a queue and suddenly someone
restarts rabbitmq sever (or internal network fails) then consumer stops
consuming messages and but it doesn't throw any exception. As the consumer
has already lost the connection so there is no way it can consume more
messages from queues. I don't understand why a consumer is not halting whole
process if it has lost the connection ? is there a way to do that ?
