That    sounds   like   a problem  with   your   in stallation  . Didyou
receive    any errors    while  install ing   ?   Do  other  services
or programs  report   erorrs?   Are  there    errors   in   the  logfile
 ?   Is   networking   set up   correctly  ?

If   the   rabbitmq  service   runs   normally   can you   connect
with   an  AMQP    client?

If   the    broker   is   running    then   you   should   see   an
epmd.exe   process   in   the   task list.   Validate   your   Erlang
installation   by   running    "erl -sname    fnor "   in  the   Erlang
 bin  dir ectory.   you  Should  see  out put   like
