[rabbitmq-discuss] fail to start rabbitmq after upgrading from version 3.1.1 to 3.1.3 with {hipe_compile, true}

Hi,

I have rabbitmq upgraded from version 3.1.1 to 3.1.3. The rabbitmq server
failed to start with {hipe_compile, true} with following error message(it
can start without hipe_compile option set):

What should I do to make it work?
