[rabbitmq-discuss] UNC path not working

Mapping a network drive works and that too only as an application. Still does
not work as a service. Having said that, I cannot depend on deploying this
to production with a mapped setting. I am still looking for it to work as a
UNC network path.

I now set environment variable to have ONLY the RABBITMQ_MNESIA_BASE to
\\ABC\DEF. I see the  RABBIT-plugins-expand directory created, on this
network share, but no files within it. I see the error

Error description:
   {error,{"no such file or directory","amqp_client.app"}} .......
