[rabbitmq-discuss] Can't connect to STOMP

I'm trying to access RabbitMQ Stomp with the latest 3.1.3 release. I'm 
using the default guest/guest and trying to connect to localhost. I've 
verified guest has all rights on the default virtual host ("/") in 
rabbitmq. I'm getting this error:
