[rabbitmq-discuss] in amqp-xml-doc 0-9-1.pdf there is no error with code 312

Hello!

I use channel in confirm mode and than I publish messages (mandatory bit is
set) I receive a return method
with code 312 (when there is no any bind rule for my exchange). But in
specification there is no such code (there is 311 and 313 after that).
Can someone add this code to spec?
