[rabbitmq-discuss] hostname change

I am going to replicate this again and update the details. For now, I solved
the problem by creating the RABBITMQ_HOSTNAME variable. Rabbitmqctl seems to
be working now.  I did not care about the old data so I am good. I will be
doing message persistence in the future and need to fully understand the
implication of hostname change. I will update my errors shortly. Thank you.
