Please do that; the process_info output it shows is quite important.

I think I have some idea of what's going on. To help me analyse this 
further, please also post the output of

rabbitmqctl eval 'sys:get_status(rabbit_misc:string_to_pid("<ThePid>")).'

for the pid of the queue we've been looking at.
