[rabbitmq-discuss] error on startup

Hello,
I am having problems starting up my Rabbit instance.  This instance had
been running happily for about a year.

My googling of various interesting parts of the trace is coming up empty,
could someone help? Here's a slightly edited log file of the error on
startup:
