Hello,

I've previously asked questions about channel thread safety and was
recommended to use a channel per thread over sharing a channel amongst many
thread.  I was also curious if there were any limitations (other than object
creation overhead) to just creating a channel for every publish.

Also, as far as channel pooling goes, is commons-pool the best way to go or
is there are better route?
