[rabbitmq-discuss] rabbitmq-management plugin not listening

Hmm. The plugin is definitely not running.

Sorry to ask a possibly patronising question, but did you restart the 
server after enabling the plugin?

If not that then... did you install from the RPM, or via some other means?
